Dr. Rich, and his new associate dentist Dr. Jacobsen, are both quality dentists. Our entire family receives treatment there and all our visits have gone well. The staff is friendly, and our kids don't have any anxiety going to the dentist, which is great (ages 7 and 8). My only complaint would be that the front desk staff be a bit more thorough when checking with insurance companies on costs for treatment plans. We had an unexpected extra cost due to the inaccuracy of verification with insurance. Otherwise, a great office.

Dr. Rich contacted us when he heard that our son had been hit by a baseball and needed emergency care when he was out of town on a mission trip. Dr. Rich is collaborating with the oral surgeon and orthodontist who treated my son immediately after the accident.

I go to him because I was going to the dentist in that office before him. He is nice and explains things. I have healthy teeth and mouth so I usually just have 6 month check ups. He has only done one filling which was good. I must say, he has been the only dentist that has given pain free novacaine shots to me.

I've been going to Dr. Rich for several years and have had considerable work done on my teeth as they had been neglected. Dr. Rich and his staff have always been phenomenal in every aspect. All of them are extremely friendly, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgeable professionals.

This last visit was a standard cleaning and checkup. As always, the Hygienist was thorough, gentle and pain free!

This was also the first time I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Jacobsen. She performed her exam and clearly explained my needs and options. I don't thing Dr Rich could have selected a better Dr. to work in his practice. She was gentle, thorough, and a pleasure to talk to. It would be a tough choice if I had to choose who to see, Dr. Rich, or Dr. Jacobsen.

As I am on a fixed income, with minimal dental insurance, Judy has always been very supportive and knowing my situation, has made whatever arrangements were necessary to allow me to obtain the care I needed without breaking the bank.

I have moved and now drive two and a half hours each way to obtain my dental care from Dr. Rich and his staff.

I have had many dentist over the years and not a one comes close to meeting Dr. Rich's Standards.
