My boyfriend found Dr. Aylen off this site. We both had visits and I needed some serious work done. Our dental insurance was changing within 10 days and they wanted to make sure we could use it up before it switched. The office staff worked the schedules around and I had a root canal appointment 4 days later. My procedure was as painless as can be expected. Dr. Aylen is very professional, but not overly serious. The atmosphere is well thought out. The entire staff goes out of their way to make the whole process very personal. I very much recommend Dr. Aylen and her staff.

Dr. Aylen and her staff are nothing short of incredible. The office is clean and well lit yet homey and comfortable. The staff is ALL ultra nice and goes way out of their way to make the experience as relaxed as possible. Dr. Aylen is extremely nice, very talented at her work and very knowledgeable, more than willing to answer questions and takes the time to do it RIGHT. She is also very quick to instantly alleviate any pain you might experience and help you get through the procedure as quickly as possible. The office is very well run, professional, quick and super friendly. Hands down the best dentist, staff and office I have experienced in the last 20 years.
About Hygienist: The hygienists are all extremely nice, comforting, funny, relaxed and very good at their job. Everyone goes far out of their way to make you comfortable.

Dr. Aylen provides superb dental service using the latest equipment and techniques. Her skill level is high and her diagnoses are accurate. She is very good with children and provides dental care for three generations of our family. Her entire office and support staff are efficient, caring and totally professional. Additonally, she has excellent back up for specialized dental services and for emergency care in the event that she is away.

Dr. Aylen is fantastic. She truly seems more concerned about the patient than she does about the money. She is knowledgeable and willing to share that information with the paitent--in language the patient can understand. I have had to have extensive work done on my teeth due to past negligence on my part. She does what she can to fix the problem with the least amount of financial impact AND if the procedure was less than she estimated, she tells you and you pay less. She has called me every single time I've had work done to make certain I'm okay. Any time I am suffering from pain, they fit me in right away to help alieviate it. Also, very gentle. I was worried about going to the dentist the first time, but have no fear at all anymore.
About Hygienist: Tammy is very fun. She is gentle, remembers where I have sensitive areas. She is always on time. My teeth feel clean. It's actually fun to go see her as she tells funny stories about her life as she cleans your teeth and the time goes by quickly.

I selected Dr. Aylen based on DR.Oogle reviews and could not be happier!She and her team are caring, knowledgeable, and have worked with me to develop a treatment plan tailored to my specific priorities/schedule/insurance. I was apprehensive about seeing a dentist after years of laziness on my part but, after visiting Dr. Aylen's office four times in as many weeks, I am enthusiastic about seeing this treatment plan through to the end!Among numerous examples of outstanding service:* When one of my teeth required less work than expected, Dr. Aylen informed me of this fact up front and adjusted the cost of the procedure accordingly.* Rather than scheduling a followup for the second half of my cleaning, Dr. Aylen tweaked her schedule during my appointment and the procedure was completed the same day.* I stopped by Dr. Aylen's office when another filling required a minor adjustment. I was in and out of the chair in 5 minutes and wasn't charged a dime for the effort.* Dr. Aylen called me personally(!) the day after my treatment to ensure everything had gone well.It is this caliber of service by Dr. Aylen, Brandy, Tammy, Crystal, and other members of her team that ensure I will continue visiting them for years to come.
About Hygienist: Tammy has likewise done an excellent job! She ensured that I was comfortable and pain-free every step of the way, and is so proficient in her work that I didn't require anesthetic of any kind during my deep cleaning. Moreover, she is super friendly and personable, and the procedure was over before I knew it.

I went to Dr. Aylen after reading these reviews. I am dentistphobic and haven't seen one in 10 years. She was kind, gentle and quick with my many procedures. She was so personable that I really didn't suffer at all through my procedures. I will continue to go to this dentist and reccommend her to everyone looking for one! I am NOT afraid to go to her.
About Hygienist: Tammy rules! She was aslo very kind and efficient. SHe understood that I had phobias with the scraper and the whole time she was chatting me up so I wouldn't feel a lot of it. I know there are a lot of hygenists who ask questions while you are being cleaned, (really- we can't answer...)but tammy just tells you stuff aboout her and calms you AND you get to know her!She's just really great!

Dr. Aylen is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I recommend her to all my family and friends. She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, caring and has great attitude. Equally important, is that she is conscious of the cost to the patient and tries to do the best job at lower cost. In my opinion it's kind of rare to see all these nice qualities in one person in that profession. Indeed she is very unique. I have followed her from 2 other offices across town where she was a partner, to her new location in Northgate where she owns the clinic. I would never go to any other dentist.(Engineer)

Dr. Aylen really seems like a fine person, in addition to being a very competent and professional dentist. Her technical skills are the best I have ever encountered (the practice Dr. Aylen acquired had several dentists go through prior to her involvement; she is, overall, by far the best). Facilities are updated and modern. The staff is friendly and knowledgible. I highly recommend Dr. Aylen. I recently moved and am now 20+ miles away, but continue to patronize this dental office.

i am a retired dentist and ..dr. aylen is now my dentist and I refer all family and friends...for very important reasons...dr. aylen is a superb technician, likeable and compassionate, gentle, surrounds herself with a great staff, generous with giving credit to all members of her dental team, finds time to take many continuing education courses to stay on top of everything new in dentistry, and fairminded and helpful when it comes to the financial aspect of paying for treatment. dr. aylen represents all the idealistic traits that patients hope to find in a dental practitioner...AND i know she plans to be at her present location for many years!

WENT TO DR AYLEN FOR BAD MOLAR SHE THOUGHT IT MIGHT NEED TO BE PULLED BUT WAS ABLE TO SAVE AND CROWN THE TOOTH SHE WAS VERY NICE .
