I must say that I truly have never walked into an office that was so warm and inviting. The moment you call or walk in you are at ease. The front staff is so helpful and efficient. Then going into the treatment areas I am usually hesitate but the staff is always so friendly and happy its hard not to feel at home. Then the best part of the office is the quality of work you know you'll get with Dr. Wallen. He explains everything, with detail. He is so gentle that sometimes I feel like he isn't even in my mouth. His techniques make it truly a painless experience. His work is amazing. Everything about this office is first class!! I would highly reccomend Dr. Wallen and his staff.

I would agree with all of the positive reviews about this office! I actually found Dr. Wallen online several years ago when I moved to this area. Modern and clean office. Great customer service and help with insurance questions. Dr. Wallen is a fantastic dentist and has a gentle touch. He is very knowledgable and his dental work is outstanding. I did the Zoom teeth whitening and my teeth really look nice. My teeth were a little sensative for a day, but well worth it for the results. It can be hard to find a really great dentist and I'm glad I found this office. I would definately recommend this office to anyone!!!

About Hygienist: The hygienist and assistants are also excellent. My dental cleanings have always been a relaxing a good experience. Gentle and thourogh. My teeth always feel so clean after my appointment.

Dr. Wallen really knows how to do Dentistry. From the Front Desk greeting to the chair, his staff is friendly and inviting. The visits are painless both in the mouth and pocketbook. Dr. Wallen makes a point of talking to you about your visit and he makes you feel confident that he and his staff will take good care of you. I have even fallen asleep during cleanings. My teeth are in great shape and I owe it to Dr. Wallen and his staff. Thank you.

About Hygienist: The hygeinists and assistants are nice and thorough. I feel like my teeth are really being cleaned.

I have had quite a lot of dental work done in my life, not always having a pleasant experience. So, I approach any new dentist with apprehension. However, Dr. Wallen and his staff have welcomed me warmly and put me at ease from the start. Dr. Wallen did my first examination and X-rays, during which time he used an intra-oral camera to show me a problem with my tooth on the monitor located in front of me in the chair. He met with me to explain the results of his exam and discuss my priorities/goals for my teeth. He told me what his recommendations were for my treatment, while addressing both what was necessary, and what would be optional. He has always taken the time to fully explain what he is doing and why, along with ways for me to take better care of my teeth. They have worked with me to set up a payment plan, arranged to fit me in when my schedule was limited. I would recommend Dr. Wallen and his office to anyone.

About Hygienist: Dr. Wallen has the best hygiene staff around! Nicole and Andrea are both very gentle and thorough; and are great at giving friendly tips and advice on ways to improve my home care. My cleanings are always a positive experience.

I found Dr. Wallen on this website and am glad I did!

Story: I hadn't seen a dentist in over 15 years. I was nervous about going to the dentist and had devloped dental problems due to my neglegence. When I first meet Dr. Wallen I was embaressed about the condition of my teeth. I had some really bad cavites and a couple of my teeth couldn't be saved since they were so bad. I was embaressed to even smile and would try to hide my teeth. Let me say Dr. Wallen is AWESOME, he can work miracles. He gave me a treatment plan and all of the costs to fix my teeth. The plan was great because it showed me what insurance would pay and what my portion was. All of this insurance stuff was explained to me so I could understand it. I had the Zoom whitening which worked great. I had a couple of implants and porcelain veneers on my front teeth. I had three crowns on my back teeth and 4 composite fillings (white fillings). The results really exceeded my expectations.

A friend of mine referred me to this office several years ago. My wife and I have been very happy at this office. The overall dental experience has been private, swift, professional and comfortable. I have referred Dr. Wallen to my friends and family, and all have had possitive dental experiences.

Dr. Wallen has been treating my daughter for a few minor cavities, and has helped her overcome her fear of dentists. He is very patient, calm, and willing to explain everything in advance. The office is very organized, and we received an up-front analysis of what treatment was needed, how much insurance would cover, and how much we would need to pay out of pocket.

We've had a few insurance questions along the way, and the office manager has been more than willing to assist us with those questions. I think what I appreciate the most is the friendly, positive attitude of everyone in the office. Although I'd prefer to spend less time at the dentist's office, it has certainly been a pleasant experience.

He is very efficient! He does great work in making sure to provide you with an excellent smile. I was a little disappointed with knowledge on what to pay. I don't mind paying in advance. It would have been nice if a pre-treatment was sumbitted so that I would not keep paying for things the insurances did not cover. I personally learned the lesson to ask for pre-treatment authorization before any work is started so that I know what I am getting my self into.This got a little more expensive then anticipated. I would recommend Dr. Wallen! He is great!!!!!! I am very pleased and satified with the work that was completed on me.

I am very happy with this office. The dentist and staff treated me very well. The work that was done was very high quality. I had a porcelain crown placed on my back tooth and some cosmetic work done on my front teeth.

I highly recommend this office! The dentist and staff are caring and compassionate. I had some old crowns on my front teeth replaced with porcelain crowns. I am very happy with the result. I was also very pleased with the Zoom Teeth Whitening.

Dr. Wallen presented a formal, yet relaxing atmosphere that I hadn't experienced to date from a dental office. His diagnosis was superb, the care in which he administered treatment was astounding and he handled himself with the utmost professionalism. I had neglected my mouth for many years and was nervous about dental treatment. Dr. Wallen rebuit my teeth and I am very happy! My teeth look great and are not painful. He is a great dentist and I recommend him highly.
