I love these guys! Our family has always receiced excellent care in a family like environment. Dr. Bethel and his staff always have treated us like the most important patient in the world when we are there. They really know how to personalize with us. There is always an upbeat atmosphere, with smiles and laughter from the staff, while still being professional and quality oriented. We wouldn't ever go to anyone else. So many of my family and friends go there too, and they are always accepting our referrals. One time we had to change dentists because of our insurance at work, and we immediately went back to Dr. Bethel after we found out our insurance REQUIRED us to go to a different dentist. Boy we changed back to our origanal insurance policy right quick! They always helped process our claims with no extra charge. We didn't even realize at first our insurance company REQUIRED us to go to a specific dentist until it was too late. They helped us sort out the mess and get back on the most beneficial plan our company offered and it save us alot of money. This is the most relaxing dental office my wife and I have ever been to. They really helped our kids start out with good dental experiences as well. THANKS DR. BETHEL!!!
About Hygienist: All staff members are great and have been with the office for along time. The care is so gentle and thorough, we kind of hate to leave at the end of the appointment! Not to mention the sence of humor in this office helps you forget you are having your teeth worked on!

Dr Bethel and his staff are unsurpassed in quality care coupled with the utmost compassion. They helped me get past my dental fears and provided me with a comprehensive approach to my dental needs. This office really goes the extra mile for those of us who really dislike dental work. I was given several options to sedation to help me be the most relaxed I have ever been at the dentist. Can you believe I actually fell asleep!! The time just flew by!They had warm blankets, music, and a soothing environment. The staff has been well trained in customer care, as well as the highest quality dentistry possible. I have had multiple crowns and long proceedures, and am so happy with my smile now.They helped me find a budget that prioritized my dental treatment,and facilitated my insurance processing. I have no reservations about referring friends, family and co-workers to Dr. Bethel. I did have to appoint a few weeks in advance to get in to see Dr. Bethel as he has a busy practice, but it is well worth the wait.

Dr. Bethel and the staff are upbeat and I always feel welcome whenever I go. They are always concerned with how I am doing and try to do whatever it takes to make me feel comfortable (medications, music, nitrous, blankets) They want to make sure I have a positive experience and it shows. I would recommend (and have) this office to my friends and family.

Explains procedures. Sensitive. Listens well. Is cost-sensitive and explains options clearly. Killer sense of humor. Great staff! Office always offers blankets, pillows, cd's or radio, heating pads and nitrous. What more could a patient ask for?
