You have to get to a doctor ASAP for examination (and get prescribtion for antibiotics). You have abscess started. Infection needs to be stopped and tooth needs to be taken out (ASAP). If you postpone it you will end up in a hospital.

Nothing temporary for your situation. The tooth needs to be extracted asap. You have an acute infection and it will spread rapidly. Antibiotics will help but you need to see a dentist to get that.I wold not wait for insurance.....
