I belong to the following dental insurance plans: Washington Dental Service Premier Plan, Premera, and Rgence. Without seeing the broken tooth and an x-ray, I don''''t have sufficient information to diagnose treatment!

Cost Estimate: $$1000-2000
You might need build up and crown ($1000-1200), if pulp is exposed or dead - tooth may need root canal treatment ($600-700).

If you ment Delta Dental PPO - they set fee for services. We are providers, give us a call!

Our office is a PPO provider for Premera and Regence. We also are a Member Dentist and Premier Provider for Washington Dental Service. There are a number of PPO Insurance Plans that our fees are equal to. If you are allowed to go to any dental office for treatment, we are happy to contact your insurance to see if there is any additional costs to you. An exam would be needed to determine what your needs are. You may be able to repair the tooth with a filling or may need a crown. Depending on how much tooth structure is missing you also may require a build up prior to the crown.
